Brought up in the West Midlands, Joanna studied architecture at the University of Cambridge and London Metropolitan University. She has worked as an Architectural Assistant at Fluid Office, London, on a range of projects that explored the dynamic relationship between architecture, urbanism and community participation. During her time at Alexander Martin Architects, Joanna worked on the design and construction of a contemporary home in a conservation area in East London.


Joanna joined Delvendahl Martin in 2016. Since then she has played a key role in the concept design and feasibility study for a residential led development in South London. She is also involved in the design and delivery of a new workshop and meeting space as part of the ongoing evolution of DMA’s office.


In her spare time, Joanna enjoys painting, cinema and running.
