2011 – Feasibility Study
Commissioned in February 2011, this concept design for the remodelling of the public areas of Stratford Circus Performing Arts Centre, was won through a competitive tender process.The study included an assessment of the venue after 10 years of operation and a remodeling proposal in the context of the wider redevelopment of the Stratford Cultural Quarter, and its strategic location in relation to the 2012 Olympic Park. Through a series of workshops and consultations with the various stakeholders and user groups, the team developed a brief identifying the needs of this energetic community focused arts centre. The proposals developed are considered an important step in enabling the venue to continue operating successfully and remain financially viable for the coming years.
