German Nieva
Partner
German Nieva is an architect and ARB/RIBA-registered professional, and a Partner at Delvendahl Martin Architects. He works across architecture, exhibitions, and art installations, leading projects from early concept through design development, technical coordination, and delivery. His experience spans new-build and retrofit projects, exhibition design, and temporary and permanent installations.
Since joining the practice in 2016, he has led projects including the Fulham Centre, shortlisted for the AJ Retrofit Award 2023, Wick First mixed-use development, the Andreas Gursky retrospective at the Hayward Gallery, and Shezad Dawood’s The Modern Playground in Qatar. He has also worked with cultural institutions and platforms across Europe and the GCC, including La Biennale di Venezia, Manar Abu Dhabi, and Art 22 Doha. Alongside practice, he teaches Design at the Manchester School of Architecture and is engaged in research at the University of Westminster.
